Sharp Microelectronics brings competitive NOR Flash products to market by using advanced process technologies. We’re in production of Flash memory using a 0.13µm process technology as well as our mature 0.25µm and 0.18µm geometries.
 
Sharp recognizes the importance of the Lead Free initiative. All of our Flash products are available as Lead Free / RoHS compliant. 
 
Sharp offers a wide selection of NOR based Flash products.
 
  • Boot Block: 8Mb to 256Mb
  • MLC (2 bits per Cell): 64Mb to 128Mb
  • LPC (Low Pin Count): 8Mb and 16Mb
  • FWH (Firm Ware Hub) with LPC/FHW Auto Detect: 8Mb
  • Advanced packaging technology, Stack Chip products:Combinations of up to 512Mb Flash and up to 256Mb RAM.
  • Greater densities combinations are a realistic possibility!
 
Sharp Flash is well suited for a wide breadth of applications and offers performance products.
 
  • Supply Voltages and I/O Voltages of 1.8V to 3V.
  • Synchronous and Asynchronous.
  • Fast access speed and Page mode operations.
  • A variety of offerings which are compatible to standard Flash devices on the market.
 
Sharp focuses on providing system solutions for our customers. Many of our Flash devices dovetail with our MCU products providing a complete system solution.
